SECTION 46-25-41

   § 46-25-41  Bonds and notes tax exemptgeneral obligations of state. – All bonds and notes issued under the authority of this chapter shall be exemptfrom taxation in the state and shall be general obligations of the state, andthe full faith and credit of the state are hereby pledged for the due paymentof the principal and the interest on each of the bonds and notes as the bondsand notes shall become due.
