SECTION 46-25-44

   § 46-25-44  Payment of bond issue expenses,interest, and principal. – For the purpose of paying any expenses incurred by the general treasurer in theissuance of the bonds or notes under the authority of this chapter, and anyinterest and any principal becoming payable, from time to time on the bonds ornotes issued under the authority of this chapter and then outstanding, thestate controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her ordersupon the general treasurer for the payment of the expenses, interest, andprincipal out of the fund. In the event that the amount available in the fundis not sufficient for this purpose, a sum sufficient is hereby annuallyappropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated forthe payment of the expenses, interest, and principal.
