SECTION 46-25-55

   § 46-25-55  Noteholders' rights not to beaffected by state. – The state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any notes issuedunder this chapter, that the state will not limit or alter the rights herebyvested in the commission to fulfill the terms of any agreements made with theholders until the notes, together with the interest thereon, with interest onany unpaid installments of interest, and all costs and expenses in connectionwith any action or proceeding by or on behalf of the holders, are fully met anddischarged. The commission is authorized to include this pledge and agreementof the state in any agreement with the holders of the notes.
