SECTION 46-25-62
§ 46-25-62 Exemption of the commission'srevenue bonds and notes from taxation. – Revenue bonds and notes of the commission, and the income (including gain fromsale or exchange) therefrom, shall at all times be free from taxation of everykind of the state of Rhode Island and the municipalities and all politicalsubdivisions thereof.
