SECTION 46-25-63

   § 46-25-63  Revenue notes and bonds aslegal investments. – The revenue notes and bonds of the commission are hereby made securities inwhich all public officers, state agencies, public corporations, and bodies ofthis state, and all municipalities and municipal subdivisions, all insurancecompanies and associations, and other persons carrying on an insurancebusiness, all banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banks and savingsassociations, including savings and loan associations, building and loanassociations, investment companies and other persons carrying on a bankingbusiness, all administrators, guardians, executors, trustees and otherfiduciaries, and all other persons whatsoever who are now or may hereafter beauthorized to invest in bonds or other obligations of the state of RhodeIsland, may properly and legally invest funds, including capital, in theircontrol or belonging to them.
