SECTION 46-25-64

   § 46-25-64  Agreement of the state of RhodeIsland. – The state of Rhode Island does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders ofany revenue bonds or revenue notes issued under §§ 46-25-58 –46-25-66, that the state will not limit or alter the rights hereby vested inthe commission to fulfill the terms of any agreements made with the holdersuntil the revenue bonds or revenue notes, together with the interest thereon,with interest on any unpaid installments of interest, and all costs andexpenses in connection with any action or proceeding by or on behalf of theholders, are fully met and discharged. The commission is authorized to includethis pledge and agreement of the state in any agreement with the holders of therevenue bonds or revenue notes.
