SECTION 46-30-3

   § 46-30-3  Definitions. – As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the followingmeanings unless the context shall indicate another or different meaning:

   (1) "Annexation fee" means a fee levied on the individualwater system connections, or accounts, in addition to their normal waterconsumption and service charges. The annexation fee shall remain in effectuntil the financial responsibility of annexation is discharged.

   (2) "Governing agency" means the public water supply systeminto which the small public water supply system is being merged or annexed.

   (3) "Owner of the facilities" means the holder of title tothe water supply system facilities supplying water.

   (4) "Public water supply system" means the same as defined in§ 46-13-2.
