SECTION 46-4-5.1

   § 46-4-5.1  Cranston harbor lines –Jurisdiction. – The jurisdiction of the city of Cranston shall include all of the public waterswesterly of the westerly sides of the ship channels in the Providence River andharbor from the Providence-Cranston city line southerly to the Cranston-Warwickcity line.
