SECTION 46-9-12

   § 46-9-12  Duration and renewal oflicenses. – Any license issued under this chapter shall run for a period of five (5) yearsfrom the date of issue thereof unless otherwise terminated, revoked, orsuspended. Licenses may be renewed in accordance with the procedures set forthin the commission's rules and regulations.
