SECTION 46-9-21

   § 46-9-21  Payment of pilotage fees. –The master, owner, or operator of every vessel subject to this chapter shallmake available to the local agent on the vessel's arrival, pilotage fees aspart of the vessel's port performance payments for expeditious disbursement tothe attending pilots. The payment of the pilotage fees may be demanded on thevessel's departure.
