SECTION 46-9-28

   § 46-9-28  Penalties – Misdemeanor.– Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation,or order adopted or issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be punished by afine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for notmore than thirty (30) days, or both; and every such person shall be deemedguilty of a separate and distinct offense for each day during which theviolation shall be repeated or continued.
