SECTION 46-9-9

   § 46-9-9  Temporary pilot licenses –Emergencies. – In the event of a national or domestic emergency, the commission may issuetemporary pilot licenses, to persons not meeting the qualifications in §46-9-7, to serve as long as the emergency shall exist or until such time as thepilots so licensed can be replaced by persons meeting the qualificationsprescribed in § 46-9-7.
