§ 47-15-1 - Purpose.
SECTION 47-15-1
§ 47-15-1 Purpose. – This chapter is designed to protect purchasers of any commodity within itsprovisions against deception or misrepresentation as to the quantity or amountof the commodity purchased, and, as against the seller, shall be strictlyconstrued with a view to effect its object.
