   § 47-15-13  Violations. – It is unlawful to pack, ship, or sell for resale at retail, any commodity in acontainer which does not conform to all the specifications of this chapter; orwhich is not conspicuously marked, branded, or otherwise labeled as required bythis chapter; or on which any word, statement, or other information required bythis chapter is not prominently placed, in such terms and with suchconspicuousness, as compared with other words, statements, designs, or deviceson the label or container, as to render it likely to be read and understood byordinary persons under customary conditions of purchase and use.
