SECTION 47-15-5

   § 47-15-5  "Lidded container" and "closedcontainer" defined. – As used in this chapter, "lidded container" and "closed container" aresynonymous and, unless otherwise specifically defined in this chapter, mean anycontainer of which forty percent (40%) or more of the opening is covered by anymaterial in the form of a lid, cover, or wrapping of any kind.
