§ 47-8-6 - Use of unsealed or condemned measuring device.

SECTION 47-8-6

   § 47-8-6  Use of unsealed or condemnedmeasuring device. – Every person who shall use or cause to be used any gasoline measuring devicewithout first having the device tested and sealed by the town or city sealer ofweights, measures, and balances wherein the gasoline measuring device islocated, and every person who shall use or cause to be used any gasolinemeasuring device after the device has been condemned by any town or city sealerof weights, measures, and balances, and before the device has been again testedand sealed, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined notexceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
