SECTION 5-1-4

   § 5-1-4  Board – Organizational andspecial meetings – Quorum – Seal. – (a) A regular meeting of the board shall be held in May of each year, at whichtime the board shall elect from its membership a chairperson, a vice-chair, anda secretary, who shall serve for one year and until their successors areelected and qualified. Special meetings of the board may be called by thechairperson or other members of the board, in accordance with any rules andregulations that the board adopts.

   (b) Three (3) members of the board shall constitute a quorumfor the transaction of all business, but no action shall be taken at anymeeting without three (3) members in accord.

   (c) The board shall adopt a seal.
