SECTION 5-10-20

   § 5-10-20  Electrolysis not permitted bylicense. – No license issued under any of the provisions of this chapter shall beconstrued to authorize, as a part of the practice of hairdressing and cosmetictherapy, the practice of "electrolysis", which, for the purpose of thischapter, is defined as the insertion of an electrically heated instrument atthe root of a hair to prevent the growth of the hair.
