§ 5-10-27 Reinstatement after revocationor suspension. – A license, permit, certificate of approval, or registration suspended orrevoked pursuant to § 5-10-26 may, in the discretion of the division, bereinstated or reissued under any terms and conditions, not contrary to law,that the division requires.
