SECTION 5-10-30
§ 5-10-30 Penalty for violations. –Any violation of this chapter or any of the provisions of this chapter shall bea misdemeanor and any person, association, partnership, or corporationconvicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined not exceeding twohundred dollars ($200), or imprisoned not exceeding three (3) months, or both.
