SECTION 5-10-32

   § 5-10-32  Enforcement of chapter –Annual reports. – The division is specifically charged with the enforcement of this chapter,shall investigate all complaints for violations of the provisions of thischapter, and shall hold a hearing upon any complaint for any violation of thechapter within thirty (30) days after the filing of the complaint and render adecision, in writing, within ten (10) days from the close of the hearing. Ifthe division finds that any of the provisions of this chapter have beenviolated, it shall immediately institute any criminal prosecution that theviolation warrants.
