SECTION 5-10-35

   § 5-10-35  Severability. – If any provision or provisions of this chapter or the application of thechapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competentauthority, that invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications ofthis chapter which can be given effect without that invalid provision orprovisions or application of the provision or provisions, and to this end theprovisions of this chapter are declared to be separable.
