SECTION 5-11-11
§ 5-11-11 Sales or offers as separateoffenses. – Every individual sale or offer for sale made contrary to the provisions of thischapter shall be deemed and construed as a distinct and separate offense, andthe person making the sale or offer of sale shall be prosecuted for the offensein the manner subsequently prescribed.
