§ 5-12-3 - Inspection fees.
SECTION 5-12-3
§ 5-12-3 Inspection fees. – The fee of the inspector shall be at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) per hourfor each hour actually employed, paid by the person employing him or her;provided, that not more than five (5) hours shall be paid for by one employerfor the same day.
