SECTION 5-13-1

   § 5-13-1  Definitions. – The following words and phrases when used in this chapter are construed asfollows:

   (1) "Person" means any individual, firm, partnership,association, or corporation.

   (2) "Riding school" means any establishment in connectionwith which one or more horses are let for hire to be ridden or driven, eitherwith or without the furnishing of riding or driving instruction.
