SECTION 5-13-2.1

   § 5-13-2.1  First aid certificationrequired. – (a) Any person who holds him or herself out to be an equestrian professional,and who receives compensation for equestrian activities, shall post a first aidcertificate consistent with the provisions of § 16-11.1-1 in a conspicuouslocation in the riding school.

   (b) The equestrian professional shall have a fullyoperational first aid kit on the premises or trailer when participating inequestrian activities.
