SECTION 5-13-9
§ 5-13-9 Penalty for violations. –Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction beimprisoned not exceeding eleven (11) months, or be fined not exceeding twohundred fifty dollars ($250), or be both imprisoned and fined as provided inthis chapter.
