SECTION 5-15-10

   § 5-15-10  Penalty for vending withoutlicense. – Every itinerant vendor who sells or exposes for sale, at public auction orprivate sale, any goods, wares, and merchandise without required state andlocal licenses, issued as provided in this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanorand shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500)nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), and by imprisonment of not lessthan thirty (30) nor more than ninety (90) days.
