SECTION 5-15-11

   § 5-15-11  Advertising unlicensed sale.– All persons, both principals and agents, who, by circular, handbill, newspaper,or in any other manner, advertise any sale referred to in § 5-15-10 beforeproper licenses are issued to the vendor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, andupon conviction shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or beimprisoned not more than sixty (60) days.
