SECTION 5-15-17

   § 5-15-17  Prohibited sales. – (a) No itinerant vendor, except an authorized manufacturer's representative,shall offer for sale any of the following items:

   (1) Food manufactured and packaged for sale for consumptionby a child under the age of two (2) years; or

   (2) Drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics as defined in§ 21-31-2.

   (b) Any person who violates the provisions of this sectionshall be punished by a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100) for each itemoffered for sale or sold.
