SECTION 5-15-4

   § 5-15-4  Contents of application –Records of licenses. – All applications for license shall be sworn to, shall disclose the names andresidences of the owners or parties in whose interest the business isconducted, and shall be kept on file by the general treasurer; and a recordshall be kept by him or her of all licenses issued upon those applications. Allfiles and records, both of the general treasurer and of the town or cityclerks, shall be in convenient form and open for public inspection.
