SECTION 5-16-4

   § 5-16-4  Display of permit –Inspection of laundries. – Every person to whom a permit is issued under this chapter shall keep thepermit displayed in a conspicuous place in the office or place of business forwhich it is issued, and shall whenever requested exhibit the permit to thelicensing authorities or their authorized agents. The licensing authoritiesshall cause an inspection to be made of each public laundry before a permit isissued for its operation and at least once a year after the first inspection.For that purpose and for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, thelicensing authorities and their authorized agents may enter upon and inspectany premises which they have reason to believe are being conducted, operatedand maintained as a public laundry.
