SECTION 5-17-3
§ 5-17-3 False information to movers.– It is unlawful for any other person, firm, or corporation procuring the removalof any of the property described in this chapter to give false information tothe owner or operator of any vehicle employed to haul that property, or towillfully deceive him or her as to that property.
