SECTION 5-17-4
§ 5-17-4 Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of thischapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined notless than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for eachoffense.
