SECTION 5-19.1-27
§ 5-19.1-27 Penalty for operating withoutlicense. – Any person who engages in any activity, which requires a license orregistration under this chapter, without obtaining a license as required bythis chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction befined not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
