SECTION 5-19.1-28

   § 5-19.1-28  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made pursuant tothis chapter or the application of the chapter, rule, or regulation thereof toany person or circumstances is held invalid by a court of competentjurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulation, and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not beaffected by that invalidity.
