   § 5-19.1-4  State board of pharmacy –Meetings – Quorum – Chairperson. – Members of the board shall meet at the times that it shall determine and asoften as necessary to discharge the duties imposed upon it. The board shallelect a chairperson and a secretary from among its members annually in March.The simple majority of the board of pharmacy shall constitute a quorum. Theboard shall organize each year by electing from its membership a secretary whoshall record and maintain the minutes of each meeting and a chairperson.
