SECTION 5-2-12

   § 5-2-12  Penalty for maintenance ofunlicensed tables. – Every person who owns, keeps, or uses any billiard table, bagatelle table, pooltable, scippio table, or any table of similar character, without firstobtaining a license, shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) or be imprisonednot exceeding three (3) months for each offense.
