SECTION 5-2-13

   § 5-2-13  Permitting use of tables byminors. – (a) No person licensed by virtue of this chapter shall permit any table, theuse of which has been permitted under a license granted to him or her, to beused by any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years except as provided inthis section; and in case of that use being permitted, the person holding thelicense then forfeits the license, and is liable to the penalty imposed by§ 5-2-12.

   (b) A city or town, by ordinance, may authorize any facilityoperated by a licensed person in which alcoholic beverages are not served toallow a minor sixteen (16) years of age or older to use any table.
