SECTION 5-2-2

   § 5-2-2  Refusal of bowling alley, box ballalley, or billiard table keeper to comply with order of the city or towncouncil. – The keeper of any bowling alley, box ball alley, or billiard table who refusesor neglects to comply with an order or decree relating to it, which any city ortown council is authorized to make, shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
