SECTION 5-2-4

   § 5-2-4  Providence – Regulation ofbowling alleys. – The bureau of licenses of the city of Providence may regulate bowling alleys inthat city and make orders as to the manner of building and the hours of usingbowling alleys; and in case an order is disobeyed, may issue their warrant,directed to the city sergeant or to any constable, commanding him or her totake up and destroy any bowling alley kept in violation of that order; andevery city sergeant or constable to whom a warrant is delivered shallimmediately execute the warrant.
