SECTION 5-2-5

   § 5-2-5  Licenses for shooting galleriesrequired. – Every person who keeps any pistol gallery, rifle gallery, or other building, orother enclosure in any city or town of this state, where firearms are used,without a license from the city council or other licensing authority of thecity or the town council of the town, shall be fined two hundred dollars ($200)for the first offense, and five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequentoffense.
