SECTION 5-20.5-22

   § 5-20.5-22  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter is held invalid, that provision is deemed tobe excised from this chapter and its invalidity does not affect any of theother provisions of this chapter. If the application of any provision of thischapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid, it does not affect theapplication of that provision to those persons or circumstances other thanthose to which it is held invalid.
