   § 5-20.5-27  License required forownership. – No person, firm or corporation shall have an ownership interest in a realestate brokerage firm nor participate in the operation of the real estatebrokerage firm if the person, firm or corporation's real estate broker'slicense, issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, has been revoked.
