SECTION 5-20.5-7

   § 5-20.5-7  Fixed office required –Display of license – Notice of change of address and employment. –Each resident licensed real estate broker must maintain a fixed office withinthis state, which is located to conform to zoning laws. The original license asreal estate broker and the original license of each real estate salesperson inthe employ of or under contract with that real estate broker shall beprominently displayed in the office. Any change of place of business of a realestate broker and any change of employment of any real estate salesperson shallbe immediately communicated to the director.
