SECTION 5-20.6-12
§ 5-20.6-12 Rules and regulations. –The director shall issue reasonable rules and regulations with the consent ofthe majority of the Rhode Island real estate commission governing therelationships of licensed real estate brokers and salespersons. These rules andregulations shall be designed to implement the laws and policies of this stateand to protect the interests of the public.
