SECTION 5-20.6-13

   § 5-20.6-13  Penalty for violation. –(a) Each violation of this chapter by a licensee shall constitute a violationof law pursuant to chapter 5-20.5 and the regulations promulgated thereunderand may subject the licensee to disciplinary action.

   (b) Failure to provide the mandatory relationship disclosurein accordance with § 5-20.6-8 does not void the sales agreement nor createany defect in title.
