SECTION 5-20.6-9

   § 5-20.6-9  Written requirement forrepresentation of a client. – (a) A licensee shall not act as a designated client representative until thelicensee has complied with § 5-20.6-8.

   (b) Each principal broker shall keep a receipt of theexecuted mandatory relationship disclosure in accordance with subsection5-20.5-8(b).
