SECTION 5-20.7-23

   § 5-20.7-23  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is deemed invalid, that invalidity does not affectother provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis chapter are declared to be severable; provided, that if any provision ofthis chapter, or the application of any provision to any person orcircumstance, is held invalid or determined to be contrary to federal laws orregulations governing the certification or licensure of real estate appraisers,the remainder of this chapter shall be given effect without the invalidprovision or application.
