§ 5-20.7-25 Effect of federal law. –Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter to the contrary, the "FederalFinancial Institutions Reform, Recovery & Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA)," 12U.S.C. § 3331 et seq., supersede provisions of this chapter whenapplicable.
